As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play an important role in building a strong learner experience at Skillinabox. You will work closely with learners, support teams, operations, product, marketing, and leadership to understand learner needs, resolve concerns, and continuously improve the overall learning journey.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, taking ownership, and growing in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities areas are mentioned below -
- Learner Engagement: Engage with learners through calls, virtual interactions, and office visits to understand their concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Customer Satisfaction:



Own key customer experience metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and learner feedback, and work on action plans to improve service quality.
- Feedback & Insights: Build strong relationships with learners, actively collect feedback, and share actionable insights with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Learner Journey Management: Monitor the learner journey from onboarding to course completion, ensuring timely support, follow-ups, and consistent engagement.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with the Team Lead to improve team performance, workflows, response time, and resolution time.
