RSR Global is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven and highly energetic Manager – Sales, Business Development & Franchise Growth to join our growing international organisation.

We are looking for a business builder — not simply an account manager.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a results-focused position with responsibility for accelerating the growth of RSR Global's recruitment, training, education and franchise business.

The successful candidate will take ownership of new business acquisition, B2B partnerships, franchise development and key account growth, while helping strengthen our international commercial presence.

Reporting to: Director of Operations





Location: Remote Working

Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Start: Immediate / Quick Start Required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, approach and secure new B2B clients and strategic partners

• Generate and convert qualified sales opportunities into revenue

• Develop and expand our franchise and associate partner network

• Build relationships with employers, businesses, institutions and international partners

• Manage and grow existing accounts and identify opportunities for further business

• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies

• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and Service Level Agreements

• Maintain a strong and measurable sales pipeline
