BackGood is a health and wellness brand selling across the QI Spine Clinic network, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit/Zepto), D2C, and corporate wellness. The QI Spine Clinic channel — 22 clinics today, — is BackGood's largest and highest-margin revenue channel

Role Summary

This is a BackGood corporate role, not a clinic-side position — the Channel Sales Lead sits within BackGood's sales function and owns revenue performance for the QI Spine Clinic channel on the company's behalf. It sits at the intersection of channel sales strategy, clinic relationship management, and on-ground execution — responsible for making sure every QI Spine Clinic, recent and existing, is stocked, staffed, trained, and actively selling BackGood's range, and for expanding the channel through the clinic-spoke model. This is a highly measurable, target-owning role: success shows up directly in the monthly QI Spine Clinic channel revenue number, and the Lead reports that number to BackGood's Business Head/VP Sales, not to the clinic network itself.

Key Objectives




- Hit and beat the monthly revenue target. Grow QI Spine Clinic channel revenue in line with — and ahead of — the AOP growth curve , by driving both same-clinic growth and new-location contribution.
- Scale the channel responsibly. Lead the rollout of the clinic-spoke format (5 locations launching, more planned) — from site readiness through to first sale — so new locations ramp to a healthy run-rate quickly rather than sitting flat post-launch.
- Protect channel economics while scaling. Protect the channel's ~70% contribution margin (0% platform take-rate, 30% COGS) as volume grows — resisting the urge to buy revenue through discounting or excess stock-in that isn't backed by real sell-through.
- Institutionalize repeatable, not one-off, sales motions. Build the habits that make sales durable: staff product training, in-clinic visibility and POSM, replenishment cadence, and a reorder rhythm — so growt
