Job Description
- Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and update privacy policies, agreements, and related documentation.
- Advise internal teams on data privacy-related legal matters.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments for projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and address privacy risks and implement necessary measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide legal guidance on data protection issues.
- Support the legal department in responding to data breaches and regulatory inquiries.




- Stay updated on changes in data privacy regulations and communicate updates to relevant teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager Legal (Data Privacy) should have:
- LL.B/LL.M
- 2-4 years of Experience
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Proficiency in identifying and mitigating privacy risks.
- CISA/CISM/CISSP/ISO 27001/ ISO 27701, CIPT/CIPM/CIPP/Internal Auditor certification (Preferred)
