About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and personable Home-to-Home Sales Executive to visit client homes and sell our range of home decor products — including bedsheets, quilts, duvets, kids' quilts, and table napkins. The ideal candidate has strong door-to-door sales experience, excellent in-person communication skills, and a pleasing, trustworthy personality suited to visiting customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily door-to-door visits to client homes across the assigned territory, meeting daily household/area targets.
• Generate leads, pitch home decor products (bedsheets, quilts, duvets, kids' quilts, table napkins, etc.), and close sales.
• Clearly explain product features, quality,



and pricing; handle customer objections confidently.
• Collect payments and complete sales documentation as per company process.
• Update daily visit, lead, and sales data on the company CRM/app.
• Submit daily reports on visits made, conversions, and follow-ups to the reporting manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Travel within Punjab, Chandigarh Tricity, Haryana, and North India as required for sales drives.
• Represent the company professionally during all client home visits.

Targets & KPIs

• Daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (units and/or revenue)
• Number of households/doors covered per day
• Lead-to-sale conversion rate
• Customer feedback and referral generation
