Senior Manager – Administration & Facilities Location: Chennai Experience: 10–15 Years Industry: IT / ITES / BPO / Shared Services Role: Senior Manager Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Administration & Facilities to take end-to-end ownership of administration and facility operations for our Chennai office. The role will be responsible for ensuring a safe, productive, compliant, and employee-friendly workplace while managing internal teams, vendors, infrastructure, budgets, and workplace services. Key Responsibilities Lead overall administration and facility operations , ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Manage and mentor the Administration/Facilities team , including manpower planning, performance management, and service delivery. Manage key facility services such as housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, maintenance, reception, office infrastructure, and workplace services. Own vendor management including selection, negotiation, contracts, AMC/SLA management, performance reviews, invoice validation, and issue resolution.



Ensure effective management of office infrastructure, electrical systems, HVAC, DG/UPS, fire & safety, access control, CCTV, and other facility systems. Drive cost optimization, budgeting, procurement, and expense control for administration and facility operations. Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, security, and workplace compliance requirements. Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership to address workplace requirements and business needs. Manage office expansion, relocation, renovation, seating requirements, leadership visits, audits, and other facility projects. Prepare and present MIS, operational dashboards, vendor performance, budgets, and key facility metrics to leadership.
