We are looking for an aggressive and result-oriented Senior Business Manager with 2+ years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling a sales team, driving site visits, managing follow-ups, and ensuring the team consistently achieves its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Consultants / Sales Executives.
/n
- Take complete ownership of the team's sales targets and revenue goals.
/n
- Ensure effective utilization and conversion of qualified Google leads.
/n
- Monitor lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
/n
- Track individual and team performance on a regular basis.

- Develop strategies to improve site visits, conversion ratios, and closures.
/n
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve performance.
/n
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
/n
- Support the team in handling client negotiations and closing high-value residential deals.
/n
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
/n
- Build a high-performance sales culture within the team.
