We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Manager to lead and support delivery of Salesforce and related technology implementations across diverse industries. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.

The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This role requires strong stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and cross-functional coordination.

Project Management Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) to manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Salesforce Ecosystem: Experience in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)



to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to manage expectations, provide regular updates, and handle escalations.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, ClickUp, etc.) to track progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation strategies.

Salesforce Platform Familiarity: Salesforce platform familiarity to plan and manage sprints, backlog grooming, and release cycles.

Reporting and Documentation Tools: Familiarity with reporting and documentation tools (Excel, Confluence, etc.) to maintain project documentation and track KPIs.
