The ideal candidate will have experience working in consumer businesses or scaling B2C platforms and understand how technology, digital experiences, customer journeys, and business strategy come together to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and operational initiatives focused on consumer growth, digital platforms, and B2C business expansion.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall consumer experience.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations,



and Business teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Support the scaling and optimisation of consumer-facing web and digital platforms.
- Translate consumer insights and business requirements into actionable product, technology, and operational initiatives.
- Analyse customer behaviour, business performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help develop and implement scalable processes, systems, and operating models to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise initiatives, manage execution, and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate new technologies, digital capabilities, and business opportunities relevant to consumer growth.
- Support strategic projects involving market expansion, partnerships, customer experience, and business operations.
- Monitor key business and consumer metrics and use data-driven insights to improve performance.
