We are looking for an experienced and highly organised HR Project & Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic HR initiatives across employee experience, learning and development, talent, performance, engagement, and HR operations.

The role requires robust project management capabilities combined with a solid understanding of HR processes and employee-facing programs. You will manage project plans, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while ensuring HR initiatives are executed smoothly and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and structured problem-solver who can independently manage multiple projects while working effectively with HR teams, business leaders, employees, and external partners.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR projects and programs, including project plans, timelines, milestones,



dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Track project progress through dashboards, status reports, action trackers, and project-management tools.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Partner with HR teams, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate employee survey launches, communications, participation tracking, reporting, and action-planning activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help translate survey insights into actionable HR programs.
- Coordinate learning and development programs, including vendor management, scheduling, communications, logistics, and program tracking.
