Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Plant Operations & Strategy:

Ensuring the plant operates efficiently and productively, meeting production schedules and quality standards.

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing strategies to improve plant performance, production capabilities, and overall efficiency.

Budget Management:

Managing the plant's budget, controlling operational costs, and optimizing resource allocation.

Performance Analysis:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Compliance:

Ensuring the plant adheres to all safety regulations, company policies, and relevant legal requirements.
