YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Leader – ADAS Algorithm Development, you will lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) algorithms that power next-generation vehicle safety features. You will work closely with global platform teams, customer engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring cutting-edge automotive safety solutions from concept to production.

You will play a key role in developing algorithms for functions such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), lane-related safety features, and other advanced safety applications while providing technical leadership and driving engineering excellence across projects.

Responsibilities





· Lead the development, integration, testing, and release of ADAS algorithms for automotive safety applications such as ACC, AEB, and related driver assistance features.
· Design and develop high-quality embedded software solutions using C and C++ while ensuring performance, scalability, and robustness.
· Collaborate with global platform teams, customers, and project stakeholders to successfully integrate algorithm stacks into customer programs.
· Utilize MATLAB/Simulink-based development methodologies to analyze, validate, optimize, and enhance algorithm performance.
· Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, drive problem-solving activities, and support customer-facing technical discussions.
