Role Purpose
We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead financial controllership, accounting, reporting, compliance and audit functions for a fast-growing business. The role requires strong hands-on ownership of financial reporting, month-end closure, statutory compliance, internal controls and finance processes,



along with the ability to work closely with senior management and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and month-end closing.
- Drive accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, CARO, ICFR, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, PF and Professional Tax.
- Manage Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit and Limited Reviews.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.
- Manage accounting controls, reconciliations, provisions and financial governance.
- Handle tax/statutory matters and litigations.
- Drive ERP implementation, finance automation and process improvements.
- Partner with business teams to improve financial discipline, working capital and reporting.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
