Position Overview
The Site Lead for Bangalore will oversee comprehensive facilities management operations, ensuring optimal workplace performance through integrated soft and technical services delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, managing vendor relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, and building automation. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime and optimal asset performance. Manage space planning, workplace layouts, and occupancy optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Soft Services Supervision
Manage housekeeping, security, reception, mailroom, and pantry services to maintain high workplace standards. Oversee landscaping and pest control services. Coordinate meeting room management, audiovisual support, and workplace amenities. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and user experience.
Vendor and Contract Management
Manage multiple vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring SLA compliance and performance standards. Conduct regular vendor reviews and performance assessments. Negotiate contracts
