The Role in One Sentence

You will be the execution leader of the design team - someone who can translate ideas into strong visuals, guide designers, and ensure campaigns move from concept to launch efficiently.

Why does this role exist?

The design team currently handles a large volume of campaign execution, revisions, and creative direction. This role exists to:

Stabilize and improve design execution speed across the team

Own day-to-day creative output and campaign delivery

Guide junior designers and maintain creative quality standards

Represent the design team in client interactions

This role allows the Creative Head to focus on larger creative thinking, pitches, and award-level campaigns, while this person ensures high-quality campaign execution and delivery across projects.

What You’ll Do

1.Campaign & Creative Execution

Lead design execution for campaigns, social-first content, and branded storytelling

Translate marketing challenges into clear and compelling visual ideas

Execute designs across static, motion, and micro-content formats
