About this Role

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Support Analyst to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of automation solutions and digital tools within Core Transport. This role focuses on providing first-line technical support, ensuring stability of automation workflows, and contributing to the development and deployment of new solutions that enable productive operations.

What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for automation-related queries and technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution or appropriate escalation
- Support day-to-day operations and stability of automation tools and scripts to minimise downtime and service disruption
- Collaborate with operational teams to gather requirements, document processes, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
