The Role
The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment function, developing talent acquisition strategies, and building a high-performing recruitment team. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and effective hiring processes. The incumbent will leverage data-driven insights, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment best practices to meet organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Build workforce planning strategies in partnership with business leaders and HR Business Partners.




- Drive proactive talent pipelining for critical and niche roles.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Recruitment Operations
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Lead hiring for leadership, technical, and business-critical positions.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Quality of Hire, and Hiring Manager Satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business teams to ensure hiring aligns with budgets and workforce plans
