Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Territory Manager to join our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing project sales, focusing on LV Switchgears and User Interface products. Your primary area of operation will be Surat, where you will engage with builders, contractors, end-users, and panel builders to generate inquiries and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop project sales for LV Switchgears and User Interface products in the assigned territory (Surat area).
- Generate inquiries and leads by actively engaging with builders, contractors, end-users, and panel builders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Closely collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless sales process and effective project management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrations, and product presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing projects successfully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Solid negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
