How you will do it




- Review project inputs and specifications; capture project scope and understand overall requirements.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, SOPs, and identify HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors.
- Prepare and participate in project kick-off; review meetings with technical queries, compliance/deviations logs, risk logs, and record minutes of meetings.
- Adhere to standard estimation processes and guidelines to select proper combinations of hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services for optimal budgeting.
- Create a bill of materials for sensors, control valves, dampers, air flow stations, controllers, etc.
- Prepare Building Automation System network architecture.
- Ensure quality assurance, effective deliverables, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure timesheet compliance and review self-performance.

What we look for
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including chilled water systems, cooling towers, pumping systems, hot water systems, and various types
