About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and up-to-date AI application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI solutions leveraging traditional machine learning techniques as well as cutting-edge Generative AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale AI initiatives, build production-grade AI systems, and collaborate closely with data, engineering, and business teams to solve complex problems.
Essential Job Functions:
Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business-critical use cases.
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Build predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Evaluate model performance and implement continuous improvements.
Generative AI & Agentic Systems
- Architect and develop advanced Generative AI solutions.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and knowledge repositories.
Cloud Deployment & Scalability
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Cloud Engineers to operationalize AI solutions.
- Containerize and deploy machine learning and GenAI applications into production environments.
- Optimize inference performance, scalability, and reliability of AI workloads.
- Work across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Databricks.
