About this Role





We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering qualified to lead the delivery of functional and automated testing services for small to medium-sized programmes. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality outcomes, meeting service level commitments, managing stakeholders, and driving efficiency through innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end test delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed service levels and quality benchmarks
Drive automation testing within scope, including regression and progression frameworks
Optimise delivery costs and resource utilisation through effective planning and demand management
Contribute to pilots, proofs of concept, and tool adoption to enhance efficiency and quality
Manage and support team members, fostering development, engagement, and performance
Strengthen testing frameworks and design approaches to improve mod
