Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong, hands-on, versatile, and highly autonomous Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate our enterprise People Function Capability Layer. Working within a lean, high-impact team alongside Data Engineers, you will play a dual role: extending backend integration services and enabling data visibility and interaction for business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing APIs and building low-code, persona-centric user interfaces (e.g., using Retool) to surface insights and workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, data security, and business continuity in a cloud-native environment. We are seeking someone with robust experience in full-stack development and enterprise application engineering, with a focus on Golang/Python, AWS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Retool, HTML5, and CSS. The candidate will contribute across design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of applications and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and secure low-latency,



scalable RESTful APIs using Golang.
- Actively contribute to backend service development, supporting event-driven microservices and integration patterns in collaboration with Data Engineers.
- Develop optimized queries, aggregation logic, and transformation layers to integrate data across relational and NoSQL systems.
- Design, build, and maintain high-value internal applications tailored to different user personas and workflow needs.
- Define and enforce technical standards, design patterns, and best practices across development, security, and application architecture.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Drive observability practices using tools such as Datadog and Grafana to monitor application and infrastructure health.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, user-centric solution
