Operational effectiveness:
- Maintain weekly dashboards and analytical tools that support executive oversight of J&J; MedTech Supply Planning and end-to-end planning, incorporating leadership feedback and evolving business priorities
- Lead preparation for the monthly MedTech Integrated Reconciliation by identifying issues, refreshing visuals, updating commentary, and preparing materials for review sessions
- Review regional and business unit Management Business Review (MBR) decks to identify gaps in adherence to the IBP blueprin
