Role Summary

Manage, administer, and support the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to ensure high availability, security, performance, and operational excellence of enterprise integration services. Responsible for platform governance, workplace management, monitoring, deployment support, and operational maintenance across cloud and on-premise integration landscapes

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Anypoint Monitoring, and Access Management.
• Provision, configure, and maintain MuleSoft environments, business groups, users, roles, and permissions.
• Monitor platform health, application performance, infrastructure utilization, and integration service availability.
• Support deployment, release management, and migration activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Manage API lifecycle governance, policies, security controls, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues, performance bottlenecks, deployment failures,



and connectivity problems.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboard solutions for proactive incident management.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure platform stability and operational readiness.
• Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity requirements.
• Implement and maintain integration platform standards, governance processes, and operational procedures.
• Manage platform upgrades, patching, license utilization, capacity planning, and environment optimization.
• Provide L2/L3 support for production incidents and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders
