KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members through social media, forums, and other digital platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering discussions
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content tailored to the interests and needs of the community, including articles, videos, and social media posts




- Event Coordination: Plan and execute online events, webinars, and community activities to drive engagement and connection among members
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community metrics and analyze engagement data to assess the effectiveness of community strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align community efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in a tech or consumer-focused environment
- Strong communication skills with a knack for creating engaging
