Role: Individual Contributor (Voice + Non-Voice)
Reporting to Assistant Manager/ Manager
Geo to be supported : US
Shift : 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
Work Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities
This role works closely with the Skills team in providing the analytical and operational power to build, implement, and maintain the firm’s skills imperatives
- Core Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and present data related to skills initiatives to generate insights and enable data-based decision making. Maintain proficiency in data management tools such as Excel with an understanding of skills and organizational data sourced from various systems such as Certinia, ProFinda, PeopleSoft, Azure Data Lake
- Skills Administration and Support: Document, refine and increase the efficiency of the 'business-as-usual' (BAU) skills processes required to maintain and support skills administration. Maintain master/reference documentation for skills data and related attributes, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Operational Excellence: Provide operational support for the skills program to ensure its efficient operation. Execute key projects/ initiatives that move the firm’s skills agenda forward
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid analytical skills with a proven ability to methodically work with data and generate insights.
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency with business presentation and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions, with a relentless focus on driving tasks to completion
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations
