Key Responsibilities
Project Financial Management
- Partner with project teams to develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyze project actuals, commitments, accruals, and forecast variances.
- Identify financial risks, gaps, and corrective actions to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting activities.
- Track project spend against approved funding and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.





Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for project and portfolio stakeholders.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and explain key financial trends.
- Maintain financial data integrity within ERP and Project Portfolio Management systems.
- Support leadership reporting through development of accurate and timely financial insights.
- Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis activities.

Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Project Financial Management standards, processes, and controls.
- Support project audits, financial reviews, and governance activities.
- Maintain project financial documentation and supporting records.
- Assist with project capitalization, procurement, and financial compliance activities.
- Drive issue identification and resolution for project financial concerns.
