Job Description:
Senior SFCC Frontend Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Senior (5+ years)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in building frontend experiences integrated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2C. You will be working with SFRA cartridges and ISML templating, and be responsible for building contemporary, performant frontend interfaces on top of this foundation. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers and content teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Being a senior engineer means you have experience leading a frontend team in a project. You seek to understand what the client is trying to achieve and take an active role in shaping the right solution, not just implementing what's handed to you. You know how to design architectures that are scalable, secure, compliant, and performant, including how commerce logic, integrations, and frontend rendering fit together. You're skilled at refining tasks, and when details are missing, you go find the answers rather than waiting for them.

You care about PR quality, team processes, and how software development work gets done. You seek out the right tool for the job rather than defaulting to what you already know. You mentor teammates, share knowledge, and help build a healthy team culture. You understand the value of testing and maintaining a tight project structure. You help prioritize tasks, keep tech debt in check, and audit projects when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SFRA cartridges and ISML templates within SFCC B2C
- Integrate REST/OCAPI/SCAPI endpoints to connect SFCC with frontend applications
- Develop responsive, accessible, compliant and performant frontend interfaces using TypeScript, React, Tailwind, SCSS, and Handlebars on top of SFCC storefronts.
- Configure and customize page designer components, and multi-site/multi-locale setups.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate
