We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely closure of positions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition receipt to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
