Labcorp is seeking a Manager, Business Operations, to join our team at Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Work Schedule

40 hours a week (Monday to Friday) in a rotational shift

Job Responsibilities

The Manager oversees and is responsible for the management and supervision of the team to ensure successful implementation of global strategy, structures, processes, and metrics in order to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

The individual should possess knowledge of regulatory requirements, LabCorp CTTS business practices and processes, process improvement, and problem-solving skills. Robust communication skills are demonstrated, as well as being organized and having attention to detail. Support and expertise in providing and achieving regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction by educating, analyzing, and facilitating improvements.
