Enterprise Support Associate

As an Enterprise Support Associate, you will support Expedia Group’s strategic and enterprise-level partners who use integrated software solutions to manage their accounts. You will help partners understand and use Expedia Group’s tools, resolve service and technical issues, and get the most value from our products and platforms.




This role combines partner support, relationship management, basic technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play an important part in improving the partner experience and supporting the growth of their businesses.

- Support IPM partners through phone, email, and chat.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for strategic and enterprise-level partners.
- Understand each partner’s needs and provide personalized, high-quality support.
