We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Projects) to drive project sales and specification business across Bangalore and Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map upcoming commercial, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and institutional projects.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with:

- Contractors
- Corporate & Institutional Clients
- Drive specification-based sales from project inception to order closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through project mapping and market intelligence.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including:
- Lead Generation
- Proposal Submission
- Follow-ups
- Negotiation
- Order Closure
- Payment Coordination
