Job Description:

A Weight Bridge and Dispatch Supervisor oversees the accurate weighing of incoming/outgoing materials and directs overall logistics. They ensure precise tonnage records, verify transportation paperwork (e-way bills, challans), and manage the secure, timely dispatch of goods while enforcing strict safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

Weighbridge & Weighing Operations
- Operate Weighbridge Systems: Accurately weigh trucks before (gross) and after (tare) loading to calculate net material weight.
- Document Generation: Issue weighment slips, gate passes, and weight tickets for all transactions.
- System Logging: Input and verify all weighing data accurately into the ERP or inventory management systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Routinely inspect the weighbridge to ensure it is calibrated, clean, and functioning properly; report any malfunctions immediately. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate Truck Flow: Manage the orderly arrival and positioning of trucks to prevent bottlenecks and loading delays. [1, 2]
