About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Enablement Program Trainer is a Manager-level facilitator and program owner on the Customer Success + Professional Services (formerly CSG) Global Enablement Team. This person both facilitates enablement programs and owns the delivery-quality bar for them.

This individual partners closely with Enablement Business Partners, Enablement Strategy & Operations, Workstream Leads, Delivery Logistics, and Customer Success/Professional Services teams to build the skills and capabilities they need to succeed. The team's intent is to deliver enablement in the flow of work — training that lives inside how people already do their job — and to keep finding better ways to train through AI.

The ideal candidate loves facilitating engaging learning experiences, embraces feedback, and shows up as a leader — whether or not they've managed people before. They believe challenge brings opportunity, lean in to trying new things, use curiosity to better understand goals, and work well in a team setting.
