We are seeking a Senior Specialist Category Management Indirect Procurement to join our Global Procurement team, supporting our Indirect Procurement categories in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will support category strategy development, sourcing activities, supplier relationship management, category analytics, and procurement process improvement while collaborating with Category Leads, Procurement colleagues, partners, and suppliers. Discover your role:
- Support the Manager, Category Management and Category Lead in implementing category strategies across Skilled Services, including Law, Finance, Consulting, and HR Services categories.
- Prepare category intelligence, market research, supplier benchmarking,



and analytical insights to support category strategy development and partner engagement.
- Assist sourcing activities by preparing Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP), conducting bid analyses, and evaluating supplier responses.
- Summarize sourcing and supplier relationship management outcomes through comparative analysis of supplier responses, pricing, and evaluations to support decision-making.
- Maintain category plans, opportunity analyses, supplier relationship management materials, and procurement documentation within the central repository.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, compliance reviews, audit support activities, and enhancements to procurement policies, templates, and training materials.
