Position Summary:
The Software Engineer II, Workday Integrations and Reporting will be responsible for managing the Workday integrations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other systems. The Software Engineer II will work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure that Workday integrations meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems, including enterprise systems, payroll, benefits, and time and attendance systems.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that Workday integrations meet those requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Workday integrations, including process flows and technical specifications.
- Manage the testing and deployment of Workday integrations, including coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that testing is thorough and complete.
- Stay up to date with Workday releases and recent features, and work with the team to evaluate and implement new functionality as appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on Workday integrations
