Role Summary
The Senior Analyst is responsible for leading complex, customer-facing technical projects from discovery through delivery. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to define scope, shape implementation strategy, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management and client communication skills with enough technical depth to support data analysis, troubleshooting, and scripting work as needed. This role requires someone who can confidently lead critical customer conversations, manage expectations, navigate ambiguity, and drive progress in a quick-paced environment.

- Own customer-facing project conversations, including strategy sessions, status updates, risk management discussions, issue resolution, and executive-level stakeholder communication.
- Drive project scoping and strategy by translating customer needs into clear requirements, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans.
