Responsibilities
• Define and lead the digital presence strategy across all platforms — positioning, format mix, cadence, and platform-specific growth approach.

• Own the digital video strategy end-to-end — long-form, short-form and live — including format development, publishing architecture and channel optimization.

• Drive audience growth and discoverability through SEO, packaging discipline, metadata, analytics and platform best practice.

• Build and run scalable publishing and live operations workflows, ensuring reliable output across platforms without quality drift.

• Set and enforce publishing standards — approval chains, factual clearance, language quality, visual consistency and holding positions.

• Direct listening, community management and real-time response, distinguishing between what warrants engagement, correction or silence.

• Partner with the Life Ledger function for verified narrative input, with Campaigns for coordinated pushes, and with Studio for production capacity.

• Build and develop a multi-disciplinary team across editorial, Hindi content,



video production, community and platform operations.

Qualifications
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Senior digital media leader with deep experience across digital video, YouTube and social platform strategy in news, broadcast or large digital-first organizations.

• Proven ability to grow and sustain a high-visibility individual or institutional presence at scale, with measurable outcomes in audience, reach and engagement.

• Demonstrated experience handling the digital presence of a principal, public figure or apex leader, with the discretion and composure that context demands.

• Robust command of data-driven content strategy — audience analytics, SEO, platform optimization and performance diagnosis.

• Track record of building and leading sizeable video or digital operations teams, with scalable workflows and operational discipline.

• Deep working knowledge of the Indian digital landscape across
