Job Description:
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio focused on recourse commercial real estate transactions within the Wealth Management division.
- Partner directly with Relationship Managers and product specialists -and, where required, with clients- to understand credit requirements and optimize risk structures. Provide detailed risk analysis, communicate decisions promptly and transparently and clearly document approval conditions.
- Monitor the portfolio to identify emerging risks promptly and assess how global, regional, and local market events could affect individual exposures and the portfolio as a whole. Maintain satisfactory portfolio quality by managing risk concentrations and limits within approved risk appetite and in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Work with both internal and external auditors to ensure that audits progress smoothly and any issues raised are resolved promptly. Support any ad hoc projects assigned.
- Maintain robust credit and operational discipline by ensuring that trades are properly booked and recorded,



covenants and conditions are monitored on time, credit terms are documented accurately, and risk-reporting systems contain complete, timely, and accurate information.

Skills You’ll Need
- Extensive relevant experience in commercial real estate, including recourse analysis, together with strong analytical skills and experience in corporate credit risk assessment.
