Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective B2B referral programs.
- Develop and execute affiliate and partnership marketing strategies.
- Create attractive and performance-driven partner incentive structures.
- Identify, acquire, onboard, and engage recent business partners.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with referral and affiliate partners.
- Establish effective attribution and referral tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor referral, affiliate, and partnership performance.
- Analyze partner-generated leads, customers, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to improve referral program performance and ROI.
- Develop processes to identify and prevent referral and affiliate fraud.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Continuously optimize referral and partnership programs based on performance data.
