SAP Focused Run (FRUN) Service Manager / Project Manager
Role Purpose
The SAP Focused Run (FRUN) Service Manager / Project Manager is responsible for the governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of FRUN services, with a primary focus on Compliance Monitoring across enterprise SAP landscapes. The role acts as the primary interface between Application Owners and the FRUN Operations and SME teams, ensuring effective service delivery, stakeholder engagement, audit readiness, and successful onboarding of SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of SAP systems into FRUN, including Compliance Monitoring, Data Suppliers, and Data Collectors.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
- Own service governance activities, ensuring compliance with established standards, processes, and service level agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Application Owners, driving collaboration, service adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with SAP Basis, Security,



Infrastructure, Operations, and SME teams to resolve issues and manage escalations effectively.
- Prepare and present weekly operational reports, management dashboards, KPI reviews, and service performance updates.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring monitoring controls, compliance requirements, and audit evidence are maintained.
- Identify and drive continuous service improvement opportunities through automation, process optimization, and enhanced monitoring capabilities.
- Develop service improvement roadmaps and ensure delivery of measurable business and operational benefits.

Qualifications & Experience
Robust experience in SAP FRUN, Service Delivery, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Governance, Compliance Monitoring, Reporting, Audit Management, and Continuous Service Improvement. ITIL and Project Management certifications are preferred.
