The U.S. Consumer Services and Membership Digital Experiences Technology team (USCDT) brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), marketing and advertising technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and dining technology. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.
Within USCDT, the Enterprise Communications and Marketing Technology (ECMT) team focuses on developing cutting-edge omni-channel communications, global brand management, and marketing and advertising technology to expand customer engagement and drive business growth. The team plays a critical role in building both customer-facing and core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.
The Marketing Transformation team is part of USCDT,



employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer & marketer facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments. The Marketing Transformation team leads the technology strategy and engineering delivery of marketing activities, campaigns, and management of marketing assets.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AEM Sites and DAM solutions using AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Develop AEM components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, workflows, schedulers, and integrations following established engineering standards.
- Implement headless content delivery capabilities using AEM Content Services and APIs.
- Apply AEM DAM best practices, including metadata models, taxonomy, asset organization, and governance.
- Build and maintain CI/CD and automated development workflows, including AEM Cloud Manager
