As a Senior Consultant
in the hybrid operate business,



you are responsible for adhering to the defined
operating procedures and guidelines in operating the identity and access management services in the Managed Services model, which includes the following:

o Administer and support SailPoint IdentityIQ platform
operations, governance processes, and daily service delivery activities,
including incident resolution, root cause analysis and defect remediation.

o Manage joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes,
including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, and
entitlement management.

o Execute and support periodic access certification
campaigns, recertification activities, exception management, and certification
reporting.

o Design, maintain, and optimize Role-Based Access
Control (RBAC) models, access roles, and entitlement structures.

o Configure and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows,
approval processes, policies, forms, and lifecycle events.
