The Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional Maconomy support service by establishing priorities, governance processes, service levels, and escalation procedures.
- Manage complex and high-impact incidents across Finance, Project Accounting, Billing, Time & Expense, Procurement, Reporting, and System Integrations.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues, processing failures, data discrepancies, and control gaps.
- Coordinate critical business activities, including period-end close processes, reconciliations,



interfaces, scheduled jobs, and regional readiness planning.
- Oversee releases, patches, enhancements, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Partner with regional Finance and business leaders to understand business requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and prioritize support and enhancement requests.
- Monitor service performance, operational risks, controls, user access, data quality, vendor delivery, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, segregation of duties (SoD), financial controls, change management, and audit requirements.
- Maintain support frameworks, ownership models, operational documentation, business continuity plans, knowledge repositories, and standard operating procedures across the region.
