What would you do? • The Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliation Team Lead is responsible for end-to-end service delivery, operational governance,



and continuous improvement across intercompany accounting activities for multiple legal entities.

• The role leads a team, reviews complex and high-risk transactions, protects balance-sheet integrity, and ensures timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close in accordance with client policies, IFRS or US GAAP, SOX, and internal control requirements.

• The Team Lead serves as the primary operational contact for clients and stakeholders, manages service performance and escalations, develops team capability, and drives standardization, automation, and measurable business outcomes in a global, high-volume, SLA-driven environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC or SAP S,4HANA Finance is required.
