What this job involves
Business Support Function as MIS Expert
To be with Positive attitude in co-ordination with all stakeholders in getting the accurate data collection by analysing with FM reviews for projection and balancing the planned budget and actual costs requires general financial knowledge—that’s why we’re on the lookout for a MIS expert who can get the job done flawlessly.
Guided by the facility manager,
you’ll extend administrative and accounting support to both facility and engineering management teams. All invoices received from our vendors will also be on your watch—ensuring that they are checked, verified and authenticated based on regulatory standards.
To ensure in providing all day-day reports with timely submission by assisting FM with data required for projection with Client Management Part of your daily checklist will be to work closely with our client’s Accounts Payable Team to guarantee the timely receipt of payments and processing of invoices within the cut-off. You’ll also receive crucial certificates, which you will hand over to our respective vendors. In all your tasks, you should aim to meet―and even go beyond―the team’s expectations.
