Engineer is an engineering profession that is concerned with the supervision of capex projects execution including Real estate site management, equipment erection and commissioning& maintenance. The role demands of expertise in project management, technical design, and execution. The ideal candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual sign through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role will also involve creating detailed 2D/3D layouts of plant modifications, machinery installations, and infrastructure upgrades.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute strategic capex projects, including RE site management,



current equipment installation, upgrades, and process optimizations, in line with organization’s goals.
- Follow comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources allocation, and cost estimations, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
- Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and present project updates with close coordination.
- Tracking project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control strategies to ensure financial compliance and project profitability.
- Plan and ensure 100% adherence to HSE management with zero deviation. Preparation of HSE documentation, contract personal training and certification.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, engineering drawings, and plant layouts using 2D/3D CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
