- SimCorp Dimension (SCD) Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SimCorp Dimension (SCD) Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams by translating complex investment management requirements into scalable SimCorp Dimension solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess solid domain knowledge across front-to-back office investment operations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience delivering SimCorp implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for SimCorp Dimension projects and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Develop high-quality project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices.




- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and standard SimCorp functionality, recommending optimal and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, solution architects, developers, and configuration teams to define and deliver effective system solutions.
- Support end-to-end investment management processes across multiple asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Repos, Money Markets, and other financial instruments.
- Ensure trade lifecycle workflows, accounting events, regulatory requirements, and operational processes are accurately reflected within SimCorp Dimension.
- Participate in implementation, upgrade, migration, integration, and transformation programs involving SimCorp Dimension.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution activities.
