Job Description
- Review and Perform Reconciliation across Custom Fixed Income & Custom Equity SMAs, including corporate bonds, municipals, treasuries, Equities, and structured products.
- Perform Client level reconciliation for Cash & Positions between Invesco Portfolio account systems and relevant various Custodian accounts.
- Collaborate with Traders, Portfolio Managers, Custodians & Vendors to resolve trade discrepancies.
- Proactively contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report the cash and position discrepancies in a timely manner to the trading desk.




- Research/Resolve of various corporate actions discrepancies like Partial, Conditional & Full Call, Pre-Refunding, Matured, etc.
- Cost basis recon knowledge on Equity product.
- Identify & resolve individual account discrepancies accurately and efficiently, to ensure systems are ready for trading.
- Working rigorously on Equity and Fixed Income cash breaks on a daily basis and resolve them to maximum extent.
- Reviewing and identifying items in the Middle Office Reconciliation Global mailbox
- Create Procedures & Ensure they are up to date on a monthly basis.
- Proactively identify potential operational risks, suggest mitigation strategy to manager and lead the implementation of the agreed upon mitigation strategy
- Review and Ensure all the e-mails in the Global mailbox are routed properly and all the items are handled correctly and accurately.
