About the Role

We are a proprietary trading firm operating systematic strategies across global CEX, DEX, and on-chain markets, running 24/7. As part of our expansion in Ahmedabad, we are looking for a Senior Quantitative Developer to lead a high-impact engineering

pod and take ownership of mission-critical trading infrastructure powering live strategies.

Who You Are

This is a high-conviction, domain-specialist role with strict eligibility:

 6+ years of hands-on experience in digital asset trading systems

 Proven track record of deploying and managing production-grade systems across CEX/DEX

 Solid understanding of 24/7 trading environments and real-time risk

 Candidates from equities/FX/traditional markets will not be considered unless they have direct crypto production experience

 Available to join immediately or within a short notice period

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and scale a team of quant developers (architecture, reviews, hiring, mentorship)

 Design and build low-latency trading systems (execution,



market data, risk)

 Collaborate with quant researchers to productionize strategies (alpha, market making, arbitrage)

 Own end-to-end trading lifecycle – back testing, simulation, and live deployment

 Ensure high availability (24/7 uptime) with robust monitoring, failover, and safeguards

 Establish engineering best practices across performance, reliability, and incident response

 Work in a flat, high-ownership structure alongside traders and researchers

Technical Expertise

 Strong programming in C++ (C++17/20) and/or Python (Rust/Go is a plus)

 Experience with exchange integrations (WebSocket, REST, FIX) and order book systems

 Deep understanding of crypto market mechanics (spot, perpetuals, options, funding, liquidations)

 Familiarity with on-chain ecosystems (RPCs, AMMs, smart contracts)

 Experience in low-latency systems (concurrency, lock-free structures, profiling, kerne
